Four Way was born from a programme which was started as an attempt to create stable, multiple-hybrid strains.
This breeding programme began in the 80s and has worked with a variety of gene-pools, all of these gene-pools contained various desirable attributes which were a product of their eclectic genetic backgrounds.
Over many generations a multitude of genotypes were tampered with and cross-bred and only the very best combinations were allowed to continue.
The testing continued as more and more promising plants were selected, this was either in the form of back-crossing or further breeding to create stable and exciting strains.
This testing went on for many, many years until only the very finest strains were left standing, this is a technique that Sensi Seeds often employs in order to ensure that only the absolute best strains are introduced to the public.
Four Way has been around for some time and was featured in some of the earliest catalogues. It is a multiple Indica hybrid which has its genetic routes in some of the finest Indian, Afghani, and Pakistani strains, mixed together with the sheer energy and vigour of Skunk #1.
Four Way was later relaunched in 1995 and has since been recognised worldwide as a favourite of those who expect nothing less than extraordinary taste, appearance, speed, density, and sheer power of the very best Indicas.
Since these strains go through such a rigorous testing phase and take so long to cultivate to the level of perfection expected from Sensi Seeds they are often simply sold as regular seeds.
Regular seeds are still immensely popular amongst many growers and breeders, even if they have been somewhat pushed out of the market by their genetically altered counterparts.
Regular seeds have meet a very different need set to auto-flowering or feminised seeds and primarily cater to breeders. Regular seeds grow into a roughly even split of male and female plants giving a breeder a considerable amount of control over their next crop.

The flowering period of this strain is a mere 45 - 60 days, it enjoys sunny or Mediterranean environments, and is 80% Indica.
